What Gather Grove is

We're a discovery and planning resource, not an event organizer, ticketing platform, or farm operator. We don't run the festivals, sell the tickets, or manage the U-pick operations listed here. We research and curate listings to help you find them.

Accuracy of listing information

Festival dates, admission prices, hours, and farm availability change — sometimes without notice. We work to keep listings current, but always verify details directly with the organizer or farm before you drive. Gather Grove is not liable for canceled events, changed dates, sold-out days, or any expenses incurred when information differs from what we show.

A note on dates: entries marked with a confirmation flag have been verified against official sources for the current year. Those without it are based on past patterns and may not yet reflect the 2026 schedule. We're actively verifying.

Submitting a listing

When you submit a festival or farm, you're providing information for our editorial review — not publishing directly to the site. We may edit, reformat, or decline any submission. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.

We don't pay for submissions, and submitting doesn't guarantee your listing will appear or remain on the site.

Paid and featured listings

Gather Grove offers paid placement options — featured badges, regional highlights, and boosted visibility — for farms and festival organizers who want more prominent placement in the directory. Paid placement means better position and visibility; it does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, or any specific business outcome.

Paid listings must still meet our editorial standards. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or reclassify any listing — paid or free — that no longer meets our quality criteria or that is found to be inaccurate.

Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

Gather Grove links to festival websites, ticketing platforms, farm pages, maps, and other external sites. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Some outbound links may be affiliate links — we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you.

Where we link to Eventbrite ticket pages, we participate in the Eventbrite Affiliate Program: “As an Eventbrite Affiliate, I earn from qualifying ticket purchases and paid events published on Eventbrite.”

Our content

The text, listings, descriptions, and editorial content on Gather Grove are our work and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links and brief excerpts with attribution. Scraping the full database or reproducing listings in bulk — for a competing directory, an AI training dataset, or any commercial purpose — is not permitted without written permission.

No warranties and limitation of liability

Gather Grove is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, the completeness of the directory, or the accuracy of any specific listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather Grove and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing information.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes
