The Ecology Center is a 28-acre Regenerative Organic Certified farm in San Juan Capistrano that opens its fields to the public for a seasonal organic strawberry U-Pick each spring. The pick-your-own experience is part of its TASTE event series and the on-site GROW-EAT-MAKE stations, with strawberries grown without pesticides or synthetic inputs. Tickets/reservations are typically required, and the farm also runs a farm stand, cafe, and CSA Harvest Box.
