The Lavender Festival at 123 Farm on the grounds of Highland Springs Ranch and Inn in Cherry Valley celebrates the peak bloom of the farm's certified-organic lavender across 20 acres. Visitors can wander the lavender fields, sample lavender-infused foods, drinks, and desserts, shop a lavender marketplace, and take wagon tours of the historic estate. Peak bloom typically runs from late June through mid-July, with evening hours when 100,000 lights illuminate the farm.
