Tea Nights at 123 Farm transforms the historic Highland Springs Ranch in Cherry Valley into an illuminated evening destination celebrating organically grown tea. Guests receive a souvenir ceramic teacup and enjoy unlimited tastings of over 20 organic tea varieties, including the farm's own olive-leaf blends and regenerative organic green teas, alongside matcha-infused dishes and house-made bites. The event runs Fridays through Sundays from March 13 to April 19, 2026, 5-10 PM, with nightly live music and farm grounds lit by hundreds of thousands of lights.
