Cascade Lavender grows over 100 lavender varieties on its Central Oregon farm, with two dozen-plus varieties in the u-pick garden ranging from whites and pinks to deep purples. Visitors can cut their own bundles from late June through early August, browse the plant nursery and gift shop, watch lavender oil distillation, and picnic on-site with views of the Cascades. The farm's lavender is grown without chemicals or pesticides, and its oils, hydrosols, and dried buds are sold on the farm and online.
