Pearl's Place is a family owned and operated fruit stand on 500 acres of pears, apples, peaches, and cherries, located at 1860 Hwy 35 about three miles south of downtown Hood River — stop #1 on the Hood River Fruit Loop. U-pick starts in June with berries and continues all summer with herbs, garden vegetables, peaches, and plums, ending with apples August through October and a pumpkin patch. The stand also sells fresh-pressed cider, local honey, Oregon hazelnuts, and the signature Gorge Glacier apple cider soft-serve treat, with picnic tables, a play structure, and Mt. Adams views on site.
Seasons and hours change with the weather and the crop — always check the farm's site before you go.
