Held at Cascade Lavender Farm near Madras, this annual festival lands at peak bloom in mid-July. The farm grows more than 100 lavender varieties across roughly 4,000 plants under wide high-desert skies with Cascade mountain views. Visitors can cut their own lavender bundles, browse vintage vendors and craft booths, watch oil distillation, and shop the nursery and gift shop. U-pick generally runs late June through early August.
