The Prosser Harvest & Street Painting Festival takes place over a long weekend in late September in historic downtown Prosser, held in tandem with the Great Prosser Balloon Rally. The street-level event features handcrafted vendor booths, live music and stage performances, a farmers market, and the Caren Mercer-Andreasen Street Painting Festival where local and professional artists create chalk murals on the pavement. Admission and parking are free. Scheduled for September 25–27, 2026.
