The San Diego Mycological Society's 29th annual Fungus Fair brings hundreds of fresh wild mushroom specimens to Casa del Prado in Balboa Park for a single day of discovery. Visitors enjoy expert identification tables, speakers, vendors, arts and crafts, and food celebrating the world of fungi. The 2026 event runs Sunday, February 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
