Set on 30+ acres of orchard along Highway 35 in the Hood River Valley, The Gorge White House is a fourth-generation family farm established in 1908 and a stop on the Hood River Fruit Loop. Visitors can pick strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and apples in the high-density u-pick orchard, cut their own flowers from fields with 50+ dahlia varieties, and buy farm-picked cherries, peaches, nectarines, and pears at the fruit stand. The farm also pours its own hard ciders and wines and runs a food cart, with views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams. No reservation is required.

Seasons and hours change with the weather and the crop — always check the farm's site before you go.
