Adelman Peony Gardens, on Brooklake Road just north of Salem, opens its 30 acres of production fields and 2-acre display garden to visitors each spring during its annual open house (April 25 - June 15 in 2026, 9am-6pm daily). Admission is free, and visitors can stroll roughly 500 peony varieties, view indoor bloom displays, and buy fresh-cut stems or container peonies to take home. The grounds are pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible, and picnics are welcome.
