Held each September at peak crush, Carlton Crush takes over Ladd Park in downtown Carlton with a lively team grape stomp competition: four-person teams stomp in 45-second rotations and the heaviest bucket of juice advances to the finals. There's also a kids' grape stomp (ages 6-12), live music, local food and craft vendors, and tastings from area wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Admission and downtown parking are free, and a portion of proceeds supports Yamhill-Carlton community causes. The organizer has announced the festival returns in 2026; the exact date had not been posted as of June 2026.
