TopWire Hop Project is a seasonal outdoor beer garden at fifth-generation Crosby Hop Farm near Woodburn, in the heart of the Willamette Valley hop country. Visitors sip a rotating tap list of hop-forward beers surrounded by working hop trellises, with mountain views, live music, and a family- and dog-friendly layout. The most atmospheric time to visit is hop harvest, late August through September, when the Cascade and Chinook bines around the garden come down and the farm processes hops around the clock. Open April through October.
Seasons and hours change with the weather and the crop — always check the farm's site before you go.
